Robert Chan – President.
Mr. Chan’ grandfather started a live poultry wholesale market in 1973 servicing the retail sector for restaurants, meat markets, and walk in consumer business. Mr. Chan’s father succeeded him in the 1980’s and Robert had taken over the family business by the 1990’s. Robert wanted to take the business upstream by opening a distributorship of live poultry and he solicited the help and advice of his uncle, Henry Eng who became a partner.Robert is in charge of the operations of the business, which includes product/supply management, sales, marketing, deliver, premises, accounts receivables, and high level planning and implementation.
